Angela Meijer

My paintings and designs are filled with dreamlike inner gardens and vibrant colors. I combine photography, collage and painting to compose these gardens. I’ve also been pursuing a longtime dream to design fabrics and home goods that can be used to bring joy to your home and creative projects.

It took many years of painting together to develop our collective visual voice.

Our collaborative and colorful abstract mixed media paintings are inspired by the people and places we hold in our hearts.

Katherine Rody and Angela Meijer have been creating personal and collaborative paintings and mixed-media artwork together since 2012.

Many of our collaborative paintings are in collections around the world. Our paintings are lyrical in their abstraction. Filled with vibrant color and movement the viewer has room to travel and interpret the artwork in personal ways.
